The visionary game developer, renowned for co-creating the globally famous first-person shooter Call of Duty, has died in a traffic collision in Los Angeles, California he was 55 years old.

His passing was confirmed by Electronic Arts, the publisher that controls Respawn Entertainment, the video game company that he helped create.

The renowned video game developer died after his car crashed and was engulfed in flames on a freeway in Los Angeles on Sunday morning, as reported by.
