The head of state traveled to address Ukrainian forces in the Pokrovsk area on Tuesday. He stated that he met with warriors at the operational headquarters of the first unit of the Ukrainian National Guard Azov, which is leading defense efforts in the Dobropillya sector, an urban center approximately 20km from Pokrovsk.

Intense Situation in the Region

Updated analysis from a local initiative showed that Russian forces had made gains into the city and surrounding areas, though significant areas remained beyond firm control by any party. The status is precarious, with updates indicating that invading units were establishing defenses and strengthening posts in certain areas.

Invading troops continue to advance in the Pokrovsk direction and are reportedly acting with growing ease within Pokrovsk itself.

Military experts noted that defense units had freed a large area of a enemy advance in the Dobropillya front, on the eastern flank of the Pokrovsk effort.

Kyiv's Long-Range Assaults Inside Russia

Kyiv's aerial vehicles attacked an industrial plant approximately 1,300km inside Russian territory at Sterlitamak. Regional authorities confirmed a blast at the Sterlitamak facility that led to the partial collapse to suffer damage, adding that the reason for the blast was not known. The Ukrainian military general staff stated there was extensive harm to the facility.
